Louie's Grill - Forest Park

Been in forest park for almost a year now and stumbled into this placeI was greeted at the counter and seated by a very nice woman.

I expected more from the 4-star rating on YelpThink of this place as your typical diner fare, but bare bones style of cooking.

I ate there by myselfYes, I am one of those people that has no problem dining alone in a restaurant All of the staff was friendly and attentive.

I thought here was a late breakfast with one of my mates from work never been here and I'm glad I left. It's a nice little dune feeling with all the good food you can imagine. I forgot the name of my waitress, but she was very professionally very nice and for her job I had to wait for nothing. I'm pretty sure it's a family business and everyone worked well together. I would recommend you try this place.

I don't know why I haven't checked Louie yet! We've been coming here for years and we love their food. We love it so much that when we are 45 minutes away, we still come here for special treat days. Her Texas Skillet is AH-MAZE-ING and her butter is delicious (random, I know). If you are somewhere near Forest Park, you have to stop in this sweet diner and try their delicious dishes. Her staff is also super friendly and everyone here is treated like a regular one.
