I can say that the service for me has been excellent, it is a pleasure to have very kind and above all very friendly people, it was and will be a pleasure to have had very dear people in this place. Ladies, I'm going to miss you but I also take you with me as a nice memory, thank you for the time that even though it was behind a bar I was able to share with you. View all feedback.
What Juan Gerardo Pinedo doesn't like about El Rio Grande:
I paid $16 for some tacos and the waitress tipped herself the same amount, which I believe is stealing from a customer without their knowledge. Service: Dine-in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 View all feedback.
I recently dined at this restaurant for lunch and had a great experience. The price per person was between $10 and $20, which I found to be very reasonable. The food was excellent, receiving a perfect score of 5. The service was also top-notch, with a rating of 5. The atmosphere of the restaurant was cozy and inviting, earning another 5 rating. Some recommended dishes to try are the salsa and quesadilla. There is plenty of parking available, and the best part is that it is free in the parking lot. Overall, I highly recommend dining at this restaurant for a great meal and experience.
I had my partner bring me some tacos from here earlier this week and it was so good that I wanted to go back and sit down this time. We checked online to see what time they closed because we didn’t want to be last minute walking in as they were closing. Online said 10pm. We arrived around 8:30pm and requested to sit down to eat. The older woman that was working the night of 12/10/24 rolled her eyes at us and walked over to our table. She then proceeded to say we had 20mins to order and eat our food. I wasn’t too fond of her attitude so I asked for the food to be to go which seemed to lighten her mood. My partner then asked if we could still get chips and salsa. She rolled her eyes and walked off. When she came back she brought us a quarter full cup of salsa and dropped it and our chips on the table and walked off before I could finish saying “thank you.” At that point I had made the decision that I would NEVER step foot in nor spend another dollar within this establishment. I didn’t appreciate being rushed or made to feel like I’m not worth basic respect just because an employee may want to go home early or is having a bad day. Customers should feel welcome in your restaurant whether it’s 10am, 12pm or even 8:30pm.
The staff are so friendly. I went for New Year's Eve and I was a bit hangry when I got there but I left with a smile and a full belly. Their prices are good and the service is great. I'll be back!! Dietary restrictions: Lots of Pescatarian options for me. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
Simple restaurant, but the food was tasty. I had the Al pastor sopes and it was delicious. My son enjoyed the nacho fries and my husband got a generous portion on his combo plate. The salsa was delicious. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
