What Sophie Langworth doesn't like about Captain Steve's Family Seafood In Fort Mill, Sc:
Never Again. Now, I don't normally put folks on blast but tonight was not the night for antics. Just finished a 2 hour crab eatin' marathon at Captain Steve's in Fort Mill, SC. Now I've not been here in at least a year and change so I decided to make a night of it with friends. My group had to leave early to get to a meeting so I moved to another table to join my cousin and her group who just happened to be there as... View all feedback.
The food was excellent. I like the alaskan whitefish. my buddy asked what alaskan whitefish is. I told him his white fish from alaska. he was not impressed by my sweat. but eating was great. the only part is its extremely loud, so they can hardly be here if they smell bad as I have.
We always have great seafood when we come here and the staff is always fast and friendly, our server this time was great until they disappeared for a minute, but it's all good, she was still great lol
We did lunch today, it was good, only do not have the steak option on the menu for lunch. great server!
My bday dinner as always was beyond good . I love how u smell it 1st and u know in the parking lot ur getting ready to get a great meal thanx to all who make it happen , doin a great job
I used to love this restaurant. I don't get go go often but the food and service was always great. I have a service dog and have eaten here with her before and had mo problems. I went Sunday and had her with me as I signed in for tge waiting list. 35 minutes later I got the call my table was ready. No problem there I was willing to wait for what I expected to be a good experience. As I walked up to the hostess I was told No animals are allowed. I told the lady that she was a service animal and I had her card, which I handed her, and shecould not be refused. She yelled if its an emotional support dog it can. She had the card in her hand that clearly identified the dog as a service animal. She then stated very hatefully that it has to stay in the floor. I know the rules and have no trouble following them. But I am not a doormat to be treated with such disrespect. I will not be back, with or without my service dog, ever. I know I won't be missed but if you have a service animal be warned this was the front of the house manager that I was dealing with.
