Captain Steve’s is the place for us, The entryway was clean and so was the restaurant, This is our fifth visit, and we are still pleasantly pleased by the appearance and atmosphere I was in the mood for some fried jumbo shrimp with salt pepper seasoned fried fish yesterday, and Captain Steve’s delivered as always. We were greeted by a manager to be seated, Lauren was our server, She kept a smile on her face, and she was on point very patient she never gave us a chance to ask for anything #lovethat) our cups didn’t have a chance to get empty lol. The amount of food that you get is enough for leftovers. Again we were pleased. Shout out to my girl LIZ you’re a rockstar, don’t ever change. Great seafood! Generous portions for the price. Great service from our waitress. She was very attentive friendly. She made us feel like we wanted to come back before our food was even served! Seafood was seasoned well. I ordered the pick any 2(shrimps scallops) also they have pick any 3 from your choices of seafood. Also love the variety of choices for sides: Baked Potatoe, Corn, Fries, Onion rings etc. If you like hush puppies they are plentiful here good tasting. Variety of choices! I highly recommend this place for seafood! Only issue i had i wish the tarta sauce could have been a little better but still was pretty good not a deal breaker. Cocktail sauce was good also(could be a bit spicier a little more horseradish for that extra kick, for those not weak at heart for spicy). No bar from what i noticed, could have used a cocktail but again not a deal breaker. Large parking lot also. I will make this my favorite seafood place in the area! I highly recommend trying the chicken tenders, they were delicious. There was plenty of parking available, with a free parking lot for customers to use. Overall, I had a fantastic meal and would definitely return in the future.

This restaurant used to be a 5-star gem, known as the best fish camp in the area. However, it seems to be on the decline. The fish is now overcooked and underseasoned, the shrimp quality has dropped, and prices have increased. It's a sad state of affairs and I'm worried about its future. The food is now a 3, service remains a 5, and the atmosphere is a 4. I hope they can turn things around before it's too late.
