This restaurant used to be famous but it’s not very good at the moment considering it’s price tag. The food was ok but was painfully slow. The services were mixed. The restaurant wasn’t even half full when we visited but they did have problems with...their speed. Ich gehe manchmal zum Mittagessen hin, da es mir Abends zu steif und zu hochpreisig ist. Das gönne ich mir etwa alle zwei Monate und wurde noch nie enttäuscht. Danke Patrick!!
The Restaurant is located in the Steigenberger Frankfurter HoF which is very ornately styled and the restaurant continues that theme. I chose the tasting menu and enjoyed each of the courses along with the matching wine, the service, food and ambience were all excellent.
Das Restaurant füllte sich spät und mäßig.Die Atmosphäre wirkt etwas verloren.Der Service mit allen Kollegen speziell aber der Maitre sorgen für das Wohlfühlendes Gastes.Die Speisen sind Sternequalität,die Aromen ein wenig zu stark ineinanderfließend.Mehr Abgrenzung würde mehr Klarheit für den verwöhnten Gaumen verschaffen.Insgesamt aber ein sehr gut!
Feierten den Geburtstag meiner Freudinn. Wollte Ihr etwas besonders bieten und somit war das Restaurant Francais meine Wahl. Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Obwohl Sie hauptsächlich nur kurz angebratenes Fleisch bevorzugt war Sie mit dem gewählten Menü sehr zufrieden. Service war kompetent und witzig wie beim letzten Besuch. Absolute Empfehlung.
Diesmal zum Mittagslunch da gewesen. Überzeugt genauso wie Abends sehr feine Gerichte, super service und die Weine sehr gut auf die Speisen abgestimmt. Hier passt einfach alles. Immer wieder gerne.
