La Tequila Jalisco - Fredericksburg

Had breakfast here 10/23. Beef fajita eggs and pancakes were excellent. No wait. Full bar. I could have given a 5 if the server was a little friendlier. Only serves breakfast on Saturday Sunday. I would return.

This place is a great Mexican restaurant! Their salsa was my favorite restaurant salsa I?ve had in a while and their soups are amazing! I had the shrimp soup and the shrimp were thoroughly cleaned and the soup was spicy, just how I like it. I also had the mini tacos with pastor meat, and they were perfectly cooked. I was overall pleased with the restaurant and would recommend to anyone wanting Mexican cuisine in Fredericksburg.

We had an incredible experience, enjoying excellent service and delicious food! The staff treated us like family, and the dishes were fantastic. There were some fresh options that I don't typically find in the Midwest. The steak was outstanding, with amazing flavor. We'll definitely be back. This is the first location started by the family, and it's truly remarkable!

The staff was incredibly friendly, even late at night. We arrived around 30 minutes before closing, craving some delicious Mexican food after a wine tour, and were warmly welcomed. I ordered the Gorditas, while my husband had the fajitas. My only complaint was that the tortillas for the fajitas weren't homemade, but the corn gordita was, which definitely balanced things out!

Excellent Mexican cuisine, fantastic service, and affordable prices—what more could you want? We enjoyed the beef enchilada plates with queso, which were delicious. As I'm trying to follow a low-carb diet, I appreciated that they substituted mixed vegetables for the beans and rice. They also served chips and salsa. The service was very attentive. If you're craving Mexican food and are in the area, I highly recommend giving them a try!
