A good traditional menu, a bit too expensive for quality, that wait very long, will close soon in the evening

We have eaten the last three times in the hotel. we were disappointed that the outside terrace in the night we were was not open, as it is one of the most charming in the city. the food was excellent, as was the friendly service.

We entered the classic building in the old town, ready for a good beer and a classic German court, like schnitzel or also. the setting in the did classic, thick wooden tables and friendly, but simple decoration. also no surprise that our table neighbors. enjoy large carvings. friendly waiter and no pretensions. our surprise was the seasonal offers in the menu! modern creative cuisine with a lot of offered! we ordered a fish dish with scallops, haring sushi, etc. delicious! we had to wait some time, but then the chef came to bring us the beautifully presented variation of fish, with the delay excusing, because it was a new creation in the menu. both of us enjoyed this exhaustion very much. for me, what is good cooking is about:! not a table tan and no diffraction about the waiter, but friendly treatment they feel with friends, creative good eating and very reasonable prices. they should definitely try trembling when they are in fulda, they can go classic with eating or simply try what is new in the menu. Sure they will have other possibilities as the dishes change with the season, but I hope they can enjoy it as much as we have!
