I typically don't leave reviews, but I wanted to share my recent experience here. The first time I visited, the customer service was not great. There was an older lady with short hair and a young brunette girl working. I was celebrating my birthday and asked about placing an order, but they were not very helpful or welcoming. I had the most memorable experience today and it's all because of the phenomenal service that Kelly provided she was very patient with me and answering all of my questions with a smile that just made my day.
Made a great cake and cupcakes for my grandson's birthday. Cake came out exactly like we wanted, sent them a picture. The cake and cupcakes were very delicious ?
Very friendly, awesome selection of cupcakes. So delicious, glad we found it !
