What Ichabod Throgmorton doesn't like about Mcdonalds:
Drinks taste like they are straight from the tap, they don't have that nice filtered McDonald's taste and many times they were flat with zero fizz. Staff are lovely and opening hours are decent. Toilet for disabled locked... I wanted to use the facilities but having made my way to the disabled toilets using my walking aid, I saw a notice on the door saying that I had to request the key from the service counter... I understand that this practise is most likely to ensure that only people who are disabled entitled to use the disabled toilet do so to prevent it from being abused etc, but it somewhat defeats the purpose for a disabled person to have to go join the cue in order to ask someone behind the counter to get the key... very often people with disabilities have incontinence urgency issues associated with their illness... a disabled toilet should be easily accessed monitored by staff on a regular basis throughout the day.
