Whoever’s working tonight sucks. We paid for extra meat to share the chicken dish since there’s usual enough for 2. Today we received less meat than a single portion normally comes with and we paid for extra!! The falafel balls are rock hard and inedible. Waste of money since they ended up in the trash. Tomatoes were not added as requested. Usually pretty good but tonight was a bust View all feedback.

A very disorganized operation. I made the pick-up order online and arrived at the indicated time on the app. I checked in with the cashier, and he said they had not started the order yet but they will get to it soon. I understand they were busy so I waited as they finished up the other orders. Another 20 min passes and they are now taking new orders from walk-ins and they still have not started my order yet. I spoke to the manager and he doesn 't even seem to be aware that there were awaiting orders, but he did finally start the order. I specifically reminded the cashier that there was a baklava in the order but instead got a date square. The icing on the cake I guess. There were 4 people working in the front and they all seemed very lost. I strongly suggest not to order from a delivery app as they do not have any systems in place to deal with them.
