Booked a table for one here, experience was marvellous. Staff was very friendly and professional. Food was very good, and they even added some show cooking to the mix: the smoked salmon was served under a bell jar filled with smoke; the beef tartare was prepared at the table. Unexceptional. Feels too much like what it is, a rather soulless restaurant hotel. The food was technically good without being satisfactory. It felt like the difference between someone who does the right thing because they are told to do so as opposed to someone who does something because it brings them pleasure. I can't complain of my meal but I also can't recommend this restaurant. View all feedback.
Ambiance Quality of food was ok. Servers are polite, but, a bit slow.
It was a pleasant moment having my birthday dinner at ‘The Grill’. The way plates were carried on the table was really enjoyable, the starter and the dessert was on top for me. The service crew was carrying and lovely. Thank you for the service.

Birds flying about the restaurant and landed on a plate of food waiting to be served. The bird started to eat the food and the plate was then served to the customer shocking!
