It was a delightful bite to dessert. We took the aperitific in the cozy inner garden. I got the champagne. First we get a glass of red beet, apple and hair, then a cappuccino of lobster. Just lovely. Hearty reception and aperitive in a golden inner garden.
We weren't satisfied," we were satisfied! The hostess was particularly hearty, charming and with humor. The chief comes to the table personally explaining what's served in the different formulas and does that in kind and quiet. We performed for the formula day menu. Two appetites, one-time delivery and asparagus with scampi, and main dishes to choice, in our case, duck and calf buffets that were delicious. Previously on "Aperitive", we could have enjoyed a few bites. After that, the chief came to introduce the desserts, the self-turned fresh ice cream, one with chocolate sauce and one with lawyers fell in particular. Because my company had dropped that our visit had to do with the fact. That it was my birthday the other day, I got a signed copy of the chef's cookbook. The only thing I can tell. I think it's weird that you're in such a classy case, apparently you can take your dog. Fortunately, the lady with her four-footer was far from us and kept the muttt pretty low. I don't think dogs belong in restaurants unless they're on the menu. For the rest of us: The golden clock gave us a golden afternoon, we didn't leave the premises until 4:30, satisfied and well-founded.

We chose meat as a main dish and got pigeon, with pink marijuana spiced. We ended up with a delicious sabayon. Classic kitchen with high-end ingredients, perfectly boiled and well weed. A rapist!
Like a menu made exceptionally well. I know why I keep dying to come back here.
