The greeting at this restaurant was excellent, with a friendly restaurant manager and wait staff who were polite and smiling. The food was quite good. However, there was a loud and unprofessional manager, possibly the area manager or HR, who was working on a laptop and harassed a worker. This behavior was unacceptable and their managerial skills need improvement. This type of behavior is damaging to both customers and employees in an industry that already faces challenges. It would be wise for higher management to address this issue immediately. April and the other workers deserve better treatment.

We came on the back of the had a really bad service experience in a prezzo in london. what another experience we had at this opportunity in glasgow. once in a past they have a server that makes the evening. that was yaw. He...has a great energy that feels very welcome to us. yaw has tried to talk to us, we have let a smile. this makes the difference when visiting a chain restaurant. we would definitely come back to this experience.

I decided to have lunch here without a reservation, but they were able to fit me in. The double Italian burger was delicious and the atmosphere at platz was cozy in the nice older building. The pizza oven was also impressive. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a great experience!

Really friendly reception from the guy at the door. eat really delicious. Unfortunately, the waiter/manager with the bart and eye of horus tattoo was on his hand (I think he is daniel,) incredibly arrogant and rude. from behind over my head too. point to scream and to scream at another member of the staff and not to wear masks and so close to congratulate, I could smell it! really disgusting. to push the door under the to really aggressive, and over moaning and sighing. we don't need any angry floors while we eat. I think daniel thinks he's the floor. we will not be back, despite delicious food, and the other excellent waiters.

Had a Christmas voucher to use, we were met with a lovely welcome when we arrived. Service was great and food was brilliant, presented beautifully and tasted yummy. Manager sorted out a small issue we had with the voucher, so helpful and nothing was a...trouble. Will definitely be cominng back.
