Firstly the council is on the right track to make China Town in Southport. The Atmosphere is improving as great little restaurants call this home. The Wagyu beef salad was incredible, the teriyaki chicken don was particularly nice, however the gyoza was disappointing. This is a great place to relax and enjoy a really nice casual Japanese meal. Ok food, went twice second time had to sit out on the footpath dining area. If you don't mind being asked to prepay you're meal it's probably ok. Given I'd spent $74 a couple of nights before for dinner I found it a bit odd. Maybe she didn't think a middle aged Business man looked honest! View all feedback.

My Partner and I visiting Maruya basically on daily basis , the food is Wonderful, the staff are Amazing, the Atmosphere and interior of the restaurant is Mesmerising! Highly recommend!!! I would give it infinite amount of starts if I could! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
Food is average. We had large sashimi, wagyu don, teriyaki beef rice and the noodle. Sashimi was average, couldn’t really tell the wagyu beef was wagyu and tasted a little dry. Teriyaki beef was a little salty and the noodle is a bit of home-styled Staff was friendly however and had big serving (but reflected in pricing). I think they can reduce the serving a little and have better quality ingredients. Service: Dine in
