We phoned the day before and booked a table before for the performance, good thing as it was booked out on the night. The staff were good and recommended a time to arrive, on arrival the staff were friendly and the food was first class giving us a great start to an enjoyable evening. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about The Arts Cafe:
The restaurant had a limited and uninspired menu, with prices that were too high. Despite having made a reservation, we had to wait 40 minutes for a hamburger. Overall, we were very disappointed with our experience. View all feedback.

We arrived at the restaurant and there was a long line out the door. We had made a reservation but had to search for a worker to inform them. We were seated at a table and were told to order when ready. After waiting 20 minutes in the still ridiculous line, we decided to leave because we had a young baby with us. The restaurant itself was not overly busy, so it seemed that the people waiting were being taken elsewhere. It was disappointing that the HOTA cinema and exhibition center did not offer coffee, causing long lines to be directed to this café/restaurant. They should consider implementing table service for customers.
Very little choice on menu. staff very busy. slow service. Eating is in order.
This restaurant is the perfect spot for a casual gathering with friends and family. It has both outdoor seating and a spacious indoor dining area. The menu offers a great variety of dishes, including options for vegetarians.
Service was friendly. Wine was good. Convenient to HOTA but menu was limited and disappointing. A couple of pizza options would have been amazing.
