I really enjoyed the wide variety of vegan options available at this restaurant. I ordered the chana masala with rice and roti, and the food was delicious. However, it was on the pricier side. This review was updated on 2022-09-05. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Masala Spice Indian Cuisine:
I believe Masala does a great job of offering a variety of vegan options on their menu and buffet. However, the food can be a bit oily and lacking in flavor. They also do not automatically provide chutney, and their samosas taste like they may have been frozen. I tried the jackfruit curry dish, which was a unique offering that I appreciated, but it was quite oily. Overall, I personally prefer the taste of Indian cuis... View all feedback.
Would give five stars if I could, this place is so good! there are many options for vegetarian and vegan and the options are marked clearly on the menu. the workers are friendly, the service is great, the restaurant is clean, and the eating is delicious! my favorites are the vegan dosas, samosas, vegetable toilet and roti.
They have a whole page of vegan items on their regular menu. All that I have tried have been excellent. I would recommend their vegan dosas, especially if you have never had any before. Their lunch buffet has a ton of clearly marked vegan options as well. Staff is super friendly and accommodating, they even gave me fresh made roti instead of the naan basket they usually provide with buffet when I told them I was vegan!
I was blown away that they have a lunch buffet with clearly marked vegan and vegetarian options! Even the salad bar had vegan and vegetarian signs including their salad dressings and sauces! I LOVE Indian food! Generally buffets aren’t as good as ordering and this buffet wasn’t an exception but I had to try it because of the clearly marked signs. The buffet was only $12 which is pretty cheap for Indian food. I’ve ordered off their menu before and if you know what you want I would recommend this over their lunch buffet. Their website has their menu so give that a look.
