We stayed in a different place and came here for dinner alone. The resort is located in a calm place away from the town. We spent sometime in the lawn after ordering. It has wide area with good seating overlooking the mountain. Though we couldn't see any of it, the sky looked extremely beautiful with the moon and lots of stars accompanied by chill breeze. This place offers limited spread and that too cold. Even the simplest of dishes are not maintained at the temperature that they should be.We had 4 meals in the hotel and were disheartened with the offering and felt cheated for the price paid. Average food with limited veg options during the buffet. The service is terrible with waiting for over an hour for the table to be cleaned.
Wonderful hotel with good room plenty of activity, swimming pool and beautiful Spa. The Restaurant serves great variety of foods and the staff are very cordial.
Excellent Ambiance Friendly Staffs Hygienic tasty food Good Breakfast Buffet Spread. Special my kids loved the Pancakes, Idly and sweet Pongal. Well maintained rooms Good time with evening campfire… Special thanks to kitchen team Mr.Aathi and Vivek in live counter Mr. Hari in service Mr. Anbu who clean our room. Infinity swimming pool, was Awesome… I strongly recommend this place to my friends.
We stayed in GRT and came for Lunch at Orange Restaurant. Fabulous Restaurant and ultimate experience, Special thanks to Chef Deepan who explained about the buffet spreads, friendly service staffs Sathiya, wow Sunset view point, fantastic climate, Infinity Pool, we enjoyed our dining with our family and spend our time in Grand Palace Hotel. I strongly recommend this restaurant and property to my friends circle.
