Les Bories is gastronomic restaurant of Hotel Les Bories Spa, which is located 2 km away from the town center of Gordes and close to the abbey of Senanque. We selected the discovery menu. The plates were simple and beautiful. We especially enjoyed langoustines, bass, and lamb. Dessert and mignardises were satisfying quality and quantity. View all feedback.

We made reservations for lunch at the poolside restaurant well in advance of our trip to Provence, yet we were seated in a back corner table, near the kitchen, rather than a pool-view table. Our server was distracted disorganized, and got the order of one of our party wrong. It took monumental effort to correct his error. We were able to have dinner at the restaurant with a Wonderbox offer. What a beautiful evening, the staff is so pleasant and professional, that is what I will remember again that the kitchen.All was at the height of my expectations in this dinner.I love the refined, elegant places, what a chance to have enjoyed this gift.Thank you to all the staff for this sublime evening.

Superb hotel, very welcoming and friendly staff. the spa part is small sauna for 4 ,salle of rest idem . covered swimming pool very beautiful .A little disappointed by the restaurant nothing extraordinary half gastronomic pension, but lack of flavors,ageau pas cooked back 2 times in kitchen to make the cooking again,
Hotel restaurant located near the village of Gordes in the natural park of Lubéron. The hotel is beautiful and offers a beautiful view of the mountains of Vaucluse. It features a beautiful outdoor swimming pool of 20 metres over 20 metres. I spent a night in this hotel with my wife and we don't regret it. We ate at the hotel's gastronomic restaurant: the staff is in small care for you and are very pro. The hotel is very quiet and surrounded by various trees: olive trees, cypress trees, green oaks etc... Good moment of relaxation
