The Bon Pavilion - GOSFORD

We had a party of 4 at the restaurant. Three of us ordered steaks cooked medium and medium rare, but they came out blue/seared and were small cuts. The salad was just green leaves with Parmesan and small chips on the side, lacking quality and not worth the price. One person ordered the beef pie, which was overcooked and dry with a smoked chicken flavor. The greens were bland and watery, and the mash was cold. The drinks took a long time to come, despite being seated near the bar. We also noticed a fishy smell in the bar area, so we didn't stay for dessert. On the brighter side, the venue was clean and stylish with friendly customer service.

The food, service, and atmosphere at this restaurant were all excellent. It was truly a great value for the price. We were able to enjoy a 3-course meal with wine and limoncello for only $200 for 2 people.

Drinks took forever to come especially being seated right near the bar, noticed the bar area had a pungent fishy smell so we didn’t stay for afters. Otherwise the venue is clean and very snazzy with friendly customer service !

Love how welcoming, tentative and efficient all the staff there are! They never disappoint in style or quality.

Great food service and ambiance. Fantastic value for money. people for a course meal with wine and limoncello.
