What Era Feest doesn't like about Paturel's Shore House:
not impressed by this restaurant. I came here specifically to have a real lobster dinner. they know. In the evening, roll, chowder, snuggle and a beautiful hot lobster. Eating is just great. we traveled 2 hours to get there and will go back this week. we will be worth the trip. eating service environment are all great. have friends and everyone says the same. they're all coming back.
The positive, the service was sufficient, it was a busy evening and our server covered several tabs. she moved quickly and did as well as possible. the seafood on the teller of the chef were cooked for perfection, delicious fish chips. also pretty good. but do not differ too far from this plate. we were a table of 7, with a lot of netzen ordered and the entire impression of our table: overpriced, moderate and lacked in the presentation. it is a cache to serve “local fresh cuisine”, but throw a mountain iceberg salad on a teller with a few small beers of carrots and a few cut cherry tomats and call that a home salad is cheap and insulting. as if NB’ers only eat iceberg salad?! to round it off, we asked for a balsamico vinaigrette, we have a whole bottle of balsamico vinegar. so sad. it would be so easy to serve mixed salate greens and to arrange their presentation in general, on all. but somehow the people still come in driving, probably mostly tourist.

I love shediac, and I'm back, just not at this place.
This little jewel is like in the east, how you can. Between the great view on the water, a terrace that takes everything in itself, and a big lobster-infused menu, this is a great place for the first or what I am sure will be many more visits by us. If they love lobster, this is the place to go. (save room for dessert if you can)
