The Air B&B accommodation was not very clean, with leftover debris from previous tenants that housekeeping missed. The guest calendar had pages torn out and notes written in Spanish. The kitchen was modern, there was a foldout sofa, and two beds with thin walls. The noise from the next door tenants could be heard. The Rapids restaurant is popular for its outdoor riverside dining area, which has a spectacular view. The food was good, especially the tasty Portobello sandwich. However, I was not offered a beverage menu and was surprised to see other patrons ordering cocktails, wine, and beer. The prices were high, with my sandwich costing over twenty dollars. Overall, the room and service were rated 4 out of 5, and the location and view were rated 5 out of 5.

I had lunch at the restaurant and sat beside the river. The location is absolutely stunning with fantastic service and delicious food! Service: 5 Location: 5 Highlights: Amazing view, Peaceful atmosphere.

Food and Drinks: I tried the incredibly unique egg salad sandwich and it was amazing. I never would have thought to add Mandarin oranges and cashews to egg salad, but it was so delicious. The view from the hotel was also unbeatable, making it a romantic highlight of the experience.

One of Grand Lake's best dining experience, literally on the rapids. Dine indoors or al fresco. The menu is large and the food is fantastic. Service was very friendly. Walkability: Very walkable from downtown Grand Lake area. Service: 5 Location: 5
