We went to the TGIF on a Friday evening after a movie with co-worker. Reservation on Open Table worked well since restaurant was crowded. Staff very friendly. Asked to sit at a table that had just been vacated and needed to be cleaned and that was done quickly. On a side note, my friend had gotten a small cut and was bleeding. Not fault of the restaurant. What ERIN MCANDREW dislikes about TGI Fridays:
BEWARE if they are busy on a Saturday night, try may not honor your reservation. I had reservations for 12 people at 6:00 on a Saturday night and they told me at the front counter that they don’t take reservations, even on OpenTable. Good choice, good service, wasn't too much crowded. The meals were tasty But the music on the speakers were a little bit loud
They served me raw chicken sandwich DoIt go here!!!! I had a few bites and I am hoping I do not become seriously ill later.

We got our appetizer quickly. And the rest of the meal arrived in a reasonable amount of time.
Hostess didn't know how to confirm reservation told me the system was broken then said the restaurant was under new mgmt and they didn't tell her anything . That was after she told me it would be a 40 minute wait and I was surrounded by empty tables. The manager finally came had us seated and our server was terrific! I stopped another young lady on the way out and told her that I wanted to confirm my reservation was confirmed with open table and she saw it immediately and took care of it. Hostess should be trained or let go. She probably was just ready to leave and had to stay because of the 3 employees that came in all together late.
