Sahara has been around for at least 25 years when I first moved to Colorado and it still remains one of my favorite restaurants! I have not found another restaurant that prepares a better humus or fattosh! My favorite dish is the lamb shank and I have NEVER been disappointed with its preparation. View all feedback.

Been coming here for years. Menu never changes always excellent. The wait staff, outside of the family, is young, experienced and not very good. If they are busy, as they were last Saturday night, expect inattentive service from ill trained youngsters. View all feedback.

Sat at the bar and Robert was taking care of us. He made amazing drinks for us. You MUST try one of his specials. The food was served quickly and was cooked perfectly. I will be back!
The service and ambiance here was excellent. The menu was very well rounded. We got filet mignon and Royal Red Shrimp to share with salads, sauteed garlic mushrooms and baked potato. There were baskets of a variety of breads and two kinds of butter. Truffles were provided at the end of the meal. It was a beautiful dining experience!
