Really excellent restaurant. eating is nice and well thought out. it is not difficult, but has a beautiful combination of aromen. the menu is well designed.
We had the tasting menu with crying. the salmon was delicate, red mullet subtle, vigilante stational, lamb black garlic pantomimetic and desert.
Enjoyed a great meal at Aubergine quality service, tasty interesting food and a lovely wine. The cold soup starter was a standout dish.
