What Oriol Alcántar doesn't like about EIGER+ cafe lounge:
I found this experience a little disappointing. It was nearly £4 for a cup of coffee but it was mainly cold froth. It was confusing too as there were notices saying self service but what they really mean is counter service. View all feedback.
