"Raviz is located down the intriguingly named Jeffries Passage so you would probably miss it if you didn’t know better. The style is what I’d call semi formal but not stuffy, the service is fantastic and I enjoyed the little touches designed to elevate this above your standard Indian restaurant experience. We had pork beef starters (unusual for obvious reasons) and they were lovely curry and Dosa to follow, the former was again not your standard fare (always welcome) and while the Dosa was a touch buttery it went down well. Overall Raviz has got its USP, it’s ‘different’. Absolutely worth a visit, after all, variety is the spice of life."

"I do not expect fantastic food at museums but the sandwiches were underwhelming, but the cake and coffee were o.k. The cooked meals 12 to 2.30 are the best bit but the wait means the food gets cold. This has been the same for some years now and needs a serious look at."

"Ok, but there's tonnes better. Beef great, chicken a bit pink. No bread sauce with chicken. No highchair as requested, or offered when obviously needed. Small plate offered but never turned up. Veg is just boiled nothing interesting. Crumble was lovely. Mixed bag."
