Pizza Hut Europapassage - Hamburg

We didn't get served. The waitors were not busy, only a few guests in the restaurant. The third time I asked for a waitor to make our orders, we got impatient and left. BAD PLACE!!

They treated us like dogs He throw me my credit card after paying and he told me that I could live now without even eating. The service was super slow and when we wanted to leave this guy threatened us saying that he would call...the police. After that he started insulting us... I don’t recommend this place at all, there are better places with better people

We visited the place on the of December during our Christmas holiday trip to Hamburg and it proved the worst thing to do. We found a black long hair (I have blond hair) in our pizza and thought that we had the right to...complain. Big Mistake! The manager Ravi Kapoor is his name- came to our table not in order to apologize as we expected but in order to "teach" us that a hair cannot stay raw in a baked pizza. If it was in the pizza it would have been burnt during the baking process!!! When we dared to "talk back" and utter that a hair burns only in open fire he had to simply repeat his science lecture. Terrible, rude attitude towards customers hard to find (thank God) in the civilized world nowadays

Standard Pizza Hut really. You know what you’re getting in terms of food. Service was ok and the food was nice. Little bit greasy though

Really busy restaurant with a lot of people and noise.. the food was great though! I ordered a mac n cheese pizza and asked to get some meat on top. This was not possible, which i think is a bit weird.. we waited about the waiter to take our order and the food took a long time to get to our table. When we were about to pay, the waiter asked for a tip, which haven't experienced in Germany before. We usually always leave a tip when we feel that the service and food is good, but i didn't really feel like at pizza hut, since the service was slow and the waiters a bit rude. we paid Euro for large pizza, sodas and tip
