Gibson's Lounge - Copps Coliseum

Very nice restaurant, food was great! Chris, the manager took good care of us and we were so glad we chose to eat here, instead of somewhere else :-) We had a 5:30 reservation, and it was very quiet. It was mentioned that they couldn't understand why...My experience was this. I used the website to make the reservation and didn't get a confirmation number within the time indicated. So I called...a few times, finally reaching someone and getting a table, some might have given up...Also, we received so much more information when we were seated. If this information was on the site, I am sure more people would dine there.There are a couple of nice signs at the doorway, and a hand written sign on the floor...but that was only visible when the area was empty. If you could, make windows so people could actually see the restaurant from the venue. Or at least have poster sized pictures along the wall of the venue so people have a better idea of what is on the other side of the wall. We would definitely make reservations for dinner before a concert at Gibsons again!!Wanting to leave a review was also work, when I entered Gibsons for a restaurant in Hamilton, the listing did not come up, maybe because I am the first reviewer?
