I've been here for breakfast a number of times now and it is always consistently good. The service is really good (they even bring out a little water bowl for the dog if you have one with you). The corn fritters are so delicious I seem to keep having them, but everything else on the menu is great too. Coffee is good (a bonus). View all feedback.

Ever since this business changed hands the service has gone down hill. People who are seated after you get served before you! Used to go here all the time but won't be back, they have annoyed me for the last time. Also the coffee tastes foul. View all feedback.

We visited The Village for the 4th time and had a delightful family breakfast in August 2017.Service: 10/10The service really blew us away this time - incredible. We were warmly greeted, seated within 1 min and had our drinks order taken instantly. Table water arrived without prompting and the manager arranged a kid's chair for our little one. Without us even asking, the manager even gave our daughter some pencils and paper to colour-in and set her up with a special kid's cup. We were asked how our meal was and one of the waitresses even took some time out to interact with our daughter. Overall, it was probably the best service we've received in years.Food: 9/10I had the pomegranate corn fritters. A very special and unique dish with a mixture of flavours that I've never had before. The poached eggs were spot on, runny and soft and the corn fritters were tasty AF, a good size and were balanced perfectly with the pomegranate and rocket. The Chef absolutely nailed it. We also had a bacon and egg roll, but that wasn't anything special, unlike the B&E roll at Talulah!Venue/Atmosphere: 9/10Tables are a good distance away from each other so you can't hear the next table. It's a very comfortable and spacious venue. The place was buzzing and the background music was at a perfect volume for a Sunday breakfast.Value: 7.5/10The food at The Village is a little over-priced, but the quality is certainly there.
Well what a surprise box this place is. The vibe is great.... friendly, easy listening music, slightly funky, polished, sensational cofy and the food is defiantly made with love. I have been here 2 days in a row and I'm impressed. Sam and Amy remembered me and were just so nice. Keep up the great work team Village and I look forward to next time.
Four of us with very different food tastes were all pleased by the quality and taste of the dishes. Two had fish (Snapper fillets), one full vegetation meal and I had salmon Greek salad. All of us were happy with our plates. Service was friendly and attentive. I would like to revisit again and explore other dishes.. .
We came here for the first time for breakfast this morning and we were not disappointed. The service was great and the food was fantastic. It was a little over priced but other than that I could not fault the place!
