La Casita Mexican Restaurant

If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. My delivery took over an hour and a half. I had to call and ask the store if it was still coming. When it finally came the order was wrong, the food was FOUL and lukewarm. The cheese from the trio of dips menu item was replaced, without my consent, with what appeared to be/ tasted like cut up hot dogs in mild hot sauce. Disgusting. I can't warn strenously enough against this place. Don't waste your money!

Saturday night we walked in before 8pm. From the beginning we struggled to get any type of service. Said we could sit at a long table where others were seated. That was fine. Cocktail was average, could not taste any alcohol, bit rich for $15. At 8pm about 20 people walked in and started patting around us while we waited for our meals. The restaurant started playing really loud music and became a part zone. No one warned us about this. It was so inappropriate for a "restaurant" at 8pm. We ate as quick as we could as the parting not ideal for eating. Then they tried to give us the wrong bill, and then advised only one bill per table. Will never go back again ever. I would not recommend this place at all. Worst experience ever.

Have been going to La Casita for years and have always rated it highly for Mexican street style food. Sadly it has slowly gone down hill each and every change of ownership. To "run out" of staple dishes at the time of opening is not a good sign. We were first in the restuarant, and still the first in the restaurant 2 hrs later ...The restaurant next door had plenty of people dining so might try it next time. The wait staff was trying his best....

I love this place. The food is really good and the staff are so lovely. The drinks are pretty great too.

Firstly may i mention that the customer service was fantastic. The entree was yummy. We waited for a long time for our mains of 2 burritos with steak. Wasn't overally flavoursome but nice. Will give it another go.
