This restaurant was the highlight of my holiday in Maui. Even though we also dined at Mama's Fish House, this place was a close second. The food was served hot and fresh, which was a huge part of the experience. We decided to take our meal to go and enjoyed it at Hana Bay Beach Park, where they have restrooms, a covered picnic pavilion, and some fantastic views! View all feedback.
What Joni S doesn't like about Kilo's Kitchen:
Nothing special. The kalua pork was pretty standard, but the macaroni salad was mostly mayonnaise. If it's good, I'll pay whatever, but I didn't think it was worth $19 for sure. View all feedback.
Good spot to eat when doing the road to Hana, kept us full for all the long
When I tell you I was in heaven when I took my first bite I’m not lying. The kalua pork tasted just like my aunties and the Mac salad shoot so good taste just like my mother’s. Poke was also delicious and buttery soft. Such a good find will try to come back again
This place is AWESOME. BBQ pork sandwich was off the charts tasty, and apparently the mahi mahi was as well.

This restaurant is a great choice for travelers on their way to Hana or Kipahulu. My companion and I shared a large portion of Kalua pork plate lunch, which fueled us for an afternoon of hiking. The food was tasty, and the shaded picnic tables and breezy setting made for a relaxing meal. It was a pleasant discovery just off the main Hana road.
