Contribute Feedback What Berta Delafuente doesn't like about Kirin:
Took the iPad menu. Sushi was dry and just not fresh, chicken Teriyaki was undercooked. Overall the food was of poor quality. Staff was very helpful though. Not recommended View all feedback.
We went for the buffet. Food was well below average and service was poor. Everything was drenched in a sickly sweet teriyaki sauce. The sushi was probably the best part and it was just average at best.
Well this restaurant is using i pad technology to take the orders if you take an open buffet. It is though expensive for the sushi quality they are offering with a small piece of fish and lots of rice to compensate the size i feel like i was being stuffed with rice.. any how if some day this is improved it would be a good restaurant to meet people and hang out.. the place is nice and well designed..

We ate sushi a-la-carte (not the buffet), and the food was really good. Just our waiter should change his job. He forgot one drink, and later we got the wrong food delivered and we had to convince him that we didn't order it. We had to repeat the whole order to him. One ordered item came 15 minutes after the other ones and one item got forgotten entirely. Our waiter also automatically assumed a certain tip size without us confirming.
Kirin Hannover is a Chinese restaurant with too much focus on technology rather than the food they serve. Extremely confusing both for customer and staff. We were provided with an IPad that immediately took charge of food and bill. Nobody knep l what we ordered and what was included in the menu. To top it all the card machine did not accept our MasterCard that we had usel all day. An overall miserable experience.
