Seriously, near ski resorts there are plenty of bad, overpriced restaurants, but La Cavale was bad even by these standards. It is the start of the winter season, the restaurant is almost empty but they still managed to be slow, ran out of food, do not present us a menu (but explain what is available without saying the prices) and to finish they tried to overcharge us. One of the brightest terraces in the resort. Laurent, whose experience speaks, and his team are at the top of the welcome and service. Mastered local dishes, warm atmosphere in the evening inside too. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I opted for one of their goat cheese and honey tarts with fries and salad. the tartine is giant (and good too) so it is satisfying. But I found it a little expensive for this type of dish (17 euro)Sinon le resto has a beautiful and large terrace with a beautiful view clear on the bisan mountain and on the heights of beaufort. the interior is very warm as well. Lunch at noon with family. It was hearty and very good. warm welcome. special mention for alpage salad.
The burger formula is copier accompanied by meat and fries. quality meats, we enjoyed it.
