Contribute FeedbackDon Coqui offers a stunning view of the Hudson River, drawing diners in with its picturesque setting. However, experiences vary greatly, with some guests lamenting poor service and lackluster food, while others praise the friendly staff and vibrant ambiance. Celebrations, like birthdays, can lead to memorable moments—some enjoying complimentary desserts and games, while others faced significant delays and service oversights. Overall, the atmosphere shines, and the management's effort to accommodate guests is commendable. While the culinary offerings may not always impress, many agree the beautiful locale and attentive hosts make it worth a visit.

From the Valet parker, Nelson, and the welcoming host, Sabrina, to the impromptu photographer, Aaron, and the manager, Jay, this experience made our time celebrating our mom's 65th birthday a pleasant one. The view was exceptional, despite the rain, which actually helped make it feel like home on the island. We only wished Fernando, our server hadn't brought tres leches, rather than the preplanned cheesecake, which my mom would've enjoyed as her birthday treat. He'd forgotten my hot water for tea, and when asked to remove tortillas strips from my salad due to gluten allergies, I received a replacement salad stripped from bacon and the requested olive oil, as well. Needless to say, I didn't eat. However, everyone had a wonderful time and we hope to visit again. The food, people l, ambiance made it 5-star worthy, despite the hiccups Jay, thanks again for considering a dedicated fryer to help safely welcome Puerto Ricans who suffer from Celiac gluten allergies. And thanks again for being present and available.
I love the view worth going. But the food and the service was not. I am going to say I love the manger Jay he was very helpful and accommodating but the servers and host need to be more intensive to the people instead of brushing them off. In our case the host said she’ll set us early if her 7 o’clock would not show up. 7:30 passed and we went it her she said she’ll still work on it Jay came right way and helped sit us.
