Palominos Champ's - Hermosillo

Great meal for a fair price with local traditional food. a pleasant formal atmosphere. I don't think they can find a better place in the city!

The steak, side, service and drinks are great! my dougther loves his ribs, tripitas and sonora tortillas meneados beans were delicious!

Service 8/10 attentive waiter. Food flavor 8/10 lots mesquite. Decor 7/10 bland. Price 8/10 reasonable for what you get. Quality 5/10 (falsely advertise Ribeye Prime grade but its more like an average Choice grade) I challange you to ask the waiter to bring you the...raw ribeye your about to eat and check out its marbling. I was dissapointed because i was expecting marbeling according to a Prime grade as advertised in their menu. I did talked to manager but he argued that is what they get from their supplier Rancho 17. Craft beer is limited to 4 options (no ipa), wine list is limited to some good options but a bit over priced than other restaurants. May give it another try in a couple of months hopefuly they will get better.

Great place to escape from the heat (temperature) of Hermosillo. But especially the mixed grill as suggested by the waiter was a real hit. Excellent meat (Hermosillo is famous for it's meat). For Mexican standards I would not consider this a cheap restaurant. But it...is well worth the money spend. Not to forget to mention the service. Excellent assist from the waiter. Very good approach to his clients. Top service for top food I would say!

I always try to stop here when in town because it is simply one of the best places in town to eat . Very good location , great atmosphere , the service was excellent , and the streaks were outstanding !!!! I base the quality...of steaks at any other eatery to this place it is that good . Highly recommend this place to anyone .
