Most customers propping the cash with their elevenses when we go. alien to British eyes is the sight of small old men who immerse elegant glasses of chilled rosé. but this is frank and obviously much more civilized than we are bridging. they can. outside on the pavement with a view of the square with the war monument and watching the drifts of the cherry blossom covered the pavement in pink. but it's a little cool, so we'll find a table inside. that smiles beautifully as she brings my coffee. behind the bar is a bistro to lunch. two courses for 13€40. very reasonable
