Boathouse Bistro Pizzeria - HINGHAM

The Bootshaus Bistro is our favorite spot. The owners really prioritize the quality of their dishes. While the mussels, beet salad, and pizzas are all fantastic, my personal favorite is the crab-encrusted cod. Their prices are unbeatable! I highly recommend trying this place if you haven't already!

We visited Boathouse this evening for dinner and had an extremely disappointing experience. We waited over 55 minutes for our food, and when we inquired with the waitress, she repeatedly said, "It'll be right out." Eventually, when we decided to leave, she informed us that our food was available at the bar and requested a credit card. We were charged the full amount despite being ignored by the staff for nearly an hour and having to plead for our meal to-go. (It speaks volumes when the bartender's two-year-old receives more attention from the staff than paying customers.) I will not be returning to this establishment, especially when there are professional options like The Beth and Alma Nove available. Do better, Boathouse.

We had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. We found bacon in the vegetarian sandwiches, and one staff member was rather rude when we inquired about eating the to-go food outside. Food rating: 2/5.

I had a fantastic dining experience at a five-star restaurant. The service, atmosphere, and menu were all excellent. The chef's special was the highlight of my meal and the wine list was impressive. I highly recommend this exceptional restaurant.Food: 5/5

We visited Boathouse Bistro for the first time to celebrate my daughter's birthday. We were there on Memorial Day so we weren't sure what to expect. Although service was slow and not overly attentive the food was good. We enjoyed a variety of menu items including pizza, salads, chicken parm, and seafood fra diavolo (although I think it was called something else on the menu). We were all happy with our meals. The Hingham Shipyard area I a great area to walk around before or after to take in the views.
