Been awhile since our last visit but some things never change… the food and service is always very good. The garlic king prawns and Chairman Mao pork were amazing and the duck lettuce wraps and lamb dumplings to kickstart dinner were excellent. What Gayle Bosco doesn't like about Mu Lan Restaurant:
We ordered from here after reading they where in the top 5 dumplings in Hobart. I would hate to try the other 4 because this was one of the worst meals I've had. I don't mean to be rude but I love dumplings and Chinese food and we eat alot of it. They were flat out because understaffed but **** was the food excellent. The beef and mushroom just melted and the chairman Mao pork was delicious. Will be back each time we visit Hobart I think.
Service was phenom. Was a bit slack at one point but they were very busy. Worked in hospitality in the past and know how crazy it gets. Waitress always had a smile on her face! : Food was presented beautifully and was very tasty as well. The 3 shot chicken is awesome if you want something savoury and sweet and not too spicy!
Excellent,fresh yum cha choices with loads of flavour. A really good wine list and great service.
The customer service and food are always incredible. Probably the best service I've received ever, anywhere.
