What User doesn't like about Kfc:
lotta money for a little eating what happened with the common courtesy to ask someone if they want to eat, instead of simply telling them that they wanted to know what I mean that the service has not been on standards for me here, nor the food proportions seems like I could not speak English on the thetheke, either that is all but this kernelshem was good View all feedback.

Long post, but honest. So we'll go around 20 o'clock. they are open for 2 hours. the manager was busy flirting with a guy on the front counter. she finally takes mine and command my man. I ordered breast and wing, crispy, she tells me they don't have any. then she says they have to do something and it takes 13 minutes. I said, okay, I wait for her to roll her eyes and the other lady said that I wanted extra crispy white meat and I wanted to wait. she didn't know I was bilingual. we continued our order. When the huh was done, I saw the amount she tried and told another worker (from the tacoglocke) that I wanted to add another crispy piece. the taco bell associate told the manager. then in Spanish she said, oh my god, we have no more, it is for another order. then I asked the manager to come back to the counter instead of sending the girl up there. I asked her what the problem was. she told me what I ordered. I said, okay, and I'll add this command. I pay for what the big business is. she said the other guy was for a Uber eating order. I asked if the driver was still there. She said no. I said, okay, well serve them the customer before them, roast them a little bit, make them wait 13 minutes, and honor them my request they did it hesitantly. it's amazing how she spoke perfect English while flirting with the black on the switch before we in...then suddenly she hardly spoke anything as my man and I ordered. this type of service makes me wonder how this restaurant this person selected as manager. they had no other qualified, customer-friendly person to fill this roll? amazing.
Kfc worst in houston. they never have side or did it. they stop cooking everything after 8 and will only serve you what is left. all employees have settings and cannot count. they will not only tear you off, but give you a side of food poisoning. go somewhere else, trust me. By the way, this will be a 3 piece w/ a side biscuit. this is what they get for $9 here
Multiple times KFC has introduced new items that this location doesn’t serve. Today, beyond chicken nuggets were advertised on TV, beyond chicken nuggets were advertised on their windows, beyond chicken nuggets were ON THE DRIVE THRU MENU….. and they “haven’t started selling them here yet”… maybe that’s why Taco Bell had to go get their own building.
