It was the first visit for my fiancée and me. A very courteous young lady greeted us and verified our reservations, then led us to a very elegant but private booth. The waitress promptly greeted us and provided us with refreshments, then took our food orders. The burgers were huge and of high quality meat and buns. There were large quantities of golden French fries an Onion rings. The atmosphere was very calm and pea... View all feedback.
What OpenTable Diner doesn't like about One Red Door:
Showed up early for our reservation, they sat us almost 45 minutes after our reservation time and they sat us in the empty flip side dining room. Why take reservations View all feedback.
This was my first visit to this restaurant and I tried the lobster roll and a Margherita pizza. Both dishes were delicious! I've heard the brunch here is amazing so I will definitely be returning soon. The service during my dinner was excellent, and the atmosphere was also great. I would definitely recommend this place. Dine in service, with prices ranging from $10-20 per person. Food quality, service, and atmosphere all received a rating of 5 out of 5.
Literally anticipating opening day SOOOOOOOO EXCITED!!!!!!! I love it here
Birthday brunch we had reservations at 11:00 o'clock we waited at least 40 minutes on brunch, eggs where hard cooked, eating was cold. second cup coffee was cold! from regular coffee sauces. hot coffee was then served in a cupcake cup! the blinds, were dirty and had eaten on them, there were food dishes under the table. ordered a moimosa, asked for cranberry juice instead of orange? (the complete service bar has no cranberry juice) we ordered the following: garnel, cold, garnel was rubbery, poched eggs were hard cooked instead of slightly poached, overall taste was good. corned bark hasch was hardly warm, mais bark slices was hard and fat, could not even quote with a steak knife! eier benedikt with sausage was cold, eggs were accepted to be easily poched. came hard boiled. a simple hamburgerfries. hamburger was cold, dry, salat was devastated brown(probably sitting under the warming lights) friends were warm. we hardly touched the food! our server was nice what she could. we wanted to see the manager, she was offered apologetically to take 30% off the bill? we made 3 weeks ago reservations and just wanted to go to red door to celebrate the birthday of a family member! we have often dimmed at red door and really enjoyed it in pastness! hopefully they can take away from our experience and make some changes!
