What User doesn't like about Melt Pizzeria:
I recently visited Melt Hyde Park and was shocked by the rude behavior I experienced when discussing separate bills, which the website says they do not offer. Justin could use some training on how to speak to customers politely and not react defensively when someone mentions needing to cancel due to a lack of cash. Interesting pizza style. Love the taste of these pizzas as they are not pizzas you will traditionally find in a restaurant.
Never disappoints this place the wood oven pizzas are brilliant had the scallops with truffle oil and once again left satisfied.Always have specials so you dot get bored.Wine list could be improved lot of light style reds okay matches food but need a decent full bodied red on list to cater for all tastes but only minor detail
I think both Melt CBD and Hyde Park make the most wonderful pizzas. Thin and crispy, just the way pizzas should be. Great choice of toppings too. Their tapas is also very good, love the halloumi wiht pickled red onion, Yummo!The only problem i have with Hyde Park is they only have stools, which i dont find comfortable. Wish you had chairs.
Well worth a visit. 5 of us ordered 5 different pizzas and shared. The Turk, the fungi and the scallop were our favourites. We took home leftovers. If you want pizza drenched in cheese this isn't for you. If you want thin crust where you can distinguish the beautiful individual ingredients this is a great choice. Staff were lovely.
