the atmosphere and the food were great. but I was with another person and we both ordered the salat with a disc. I was kind of charged $2 more. the waitress didn't catch the bug at the cash desk and when I asked, she just stared at me. I went into Lucy’s the other day September 1 about three-ish in the afternoon one other person was in there got their order and left. I was the only one in there besides the workers take them a few minutes to get there to take. My order wasn’t even offered to look at a menu nothing so I gave her my order and I asked if they could make my pizza littleness so raw in the middle OK that was not a problem then she told me that it would be 30 minutes and I said there’s nobody in here well I have to tell you that she tells me so I went out to my car and waited for a few minutes and then went back in when I came back in the atmosphere all there was was to me flirting goofing around, not taking things seriously and then the comment was made about we don’t burn pizzas but I asked cause I heard them. Did you burn my pizza? Oh no. I guess I should’ve checked it before we left, but I didn’t my bad on that one but when I got home and looked at the bottom, my pizza it was burnt all over. We have been ordering pizza from Lucy’s for several years having it delivered picking it up, but this was the last time I will be doing it and I will make sure other people that I know likes to go there not to because they just didn’t seem to care and like I said too much goofing around that’s how they run a business. I don’t want any part of it and I’m sure when you read this review, they will know who I am, but I will not be back to Lucy‘s. You’ve lost me as a customer. Ate here about two weeks ago.I like the plain cheese pizza but the family insisted on a deluxe combo of some sort.
