Great staff, clean place. Food was not good. Everyone at the table was hungry so we ate it. Took my guys out for lunch on Friday and we chose a close by spot. I ordered the street tacos Mexican style and they were more like jerky. Very dry. Another guy got the chicken, same. Super dry. This is the first time I've been to one of these chain restaurants in Indy. More than likely my last. View all feedback.
What Amy Fort doesn't like about El Toro Bravo Downtown:
Waiters were attentive and very friendly. Food was very good. It was a Saturday night with a DJ and was more like a bar or club atmosphere and lots of customers twerking. Wanted a place that night to sit with my family and chat and catch up. Definately could not talk and hear in this environment. If I wanted to go clubbing then it probably would have been great. But I wanted a restaurant so I give it a thumbs down on... View all feedback.
El Toro Bravo in Downtown Indianapolis offered the unique experience that my friends and I were seeking! From the moment we entered, the friendly atmosphere and energetic staff made us feel welcomed and excited for the evening. The food itself was exceptional, with dishes like the flight of drinks, parrillada, ceviche con camarones, and freshly made churros making our taste buds dance. Each plate had generous portions, perfect for sharing. Our waitress was fantastic, attentive, and accommodating. We will definitely be returning!

The atmosphere was fine, the food was okay, nothing great. Service was not good. First of all, we got a child chair that was literally about to break, then, throughout our entire dinner he didn't come check on us nor did he refill any of our soft drinks, third, we were four adults with two children and they charged us as a large party. I'm not happy that he got 20% tip when he didn't even do anything but bring our plates out. The cherry on top was when I went to the restroom to change my son's diaper, only to find a half broken changing station.
Friend had her birthday party here over the weekend there was 10 people at the party . I believe if you bring a large group of people you shouldn’t be charge an extra $15 to sing happy birthday from the staff smh ?? she already brought you business with her party. I think it’s a shame smh . Also food didn’t have
