The food and service was impeccable! Only snag was that we booked a table several weeks in advance and when we showed up they had booked us at Sapori, even though I specifically asked for La Terrace, and the girl on the phone when booking repeated back to me she had booked us at La Terrace. Unique and amazing place. However, except for the lady and the brown person, who were very nice people , the rest of the service staff (waiters) were disrespectful to us as visitors to this place 3 times a week. When we simply try to pay our bill, all the service staff laugh, creating a very inappropriate and disrespectful situation. That clarifies the one-star rating. View all feedback.

Very bad and rude treatment, especially the employee Akos, who was extremely rude. Very poor and rude, especially the employee (akos) he was very rude.
The best restaurant we dined at in Interlaken, staff are very nice and friendly. Very nice quality of food and many good options on the food menu. We highly recommend it.
Food was good service was excellent. They really care for their customers. We enjoyed our time there. Please keep it up!
