Az Interlakeni tartózkodásunk alkalmából egy vacsora erejéig kerestük fel az éttermet. A fogadásunk és a kiszolgálás nagyon barátságos, kedves figyelmes volt. This is a super clean, quiet and very nice hotel with a breakfast buffet of eggs, bacon, cheeses, cold cuts, fruit, yogurt. You must request gluten free bread from the staff. It is a delicious crusty roll. It has to be baked (in its own packaging), so the staff will tell you that it will be a 15-20 minute wait. It was only a 12 minute wait for me. Vom Empfang an der Reception bis zur Verabschiedung ein wunder- und genussvoller, beinahe familiärer Abend. Und das "Medici" mit Supplement-Sauce auch zum Kalbsnierstück meiner Begleitung war ein Traum. Herzlichen Dank den Hofmanns und auch an Azubi Vanessa
Ambiente und Bedienung außerordentlich. Zubereitung am Tisch eine tolle handwerkliche Leistung. Von Gruss aus der Küche bis zum Dessert hervorragend. Dass diese Professionalität ihren Preis hat versteht sich von selbst.
Das Essen war ein Traum. Das Personal ist ausserordentlich freundlich. Das Frühstück Büffet ist reichhaltig.
Das Restaurant Stellambiente ist im Hotel Stella im Erdgeschoss. Anlässlich unseres Hotelbesuches dinierten wir dort an einem Abend. Das Essen war sehr gut und Ambiente äusserst angenehm. Die Portion des Desserts hätte jedoch etwas grösser ausfallen dürfen. Der Wirt selber steht in der Küche und wird dem Ruf eines Gilde Restaurants gerecht. Die Preise sind in Ordnung, man erhält schmackhafte Speisen.Und das Personal ist jederzeit höflich und kompetent. So muss es sein.
Even if they don't stay in the hotel, make sure they taste the restaurant. eating is absolutely amazing 10/10, the service is fantastic 10/10, the whole dining room experience was error-free. we had dinner here two nights and eat three breakfasts and I couldn't fight at all. the restaurant is part of a family-run 4-star hotel (which is also amazing) and the staff really passes and up to make sure they have a good meal and experience
