Diners rave about the delicious lasagna and pizza, while others lament recent declines in food quality, citing dry, tasteless dishes and unappealing presentation. Despite commendable service and a welcoming atmosphere, some reviewers feel disheartened, noting a stark contrast to past experiences. Whether enjoying a delightful coffee and scone or facing disappointment with takeout, this restaurant has sparked mixed reactions, leaving diners to weigh their options carefully on future visits.
This pizza restaurant is extremely expensive for what you get. The pizza was dry with very little sauce or cheese and the toppings were also dry and tasteless. The atmosphere was lacking, with the decor feeling like a generic coffee-colored unit with minimal Italian touches. The staff were friendly enough, but seemed embarrassed to serve the lackluster food. The price per person ranged from £10 to £20. Overall, the food was disappointing.
Great food for great prices. Staff lovely too. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I dined at this restaurant tonight. The starter appeared to be bought from a packet and the main dish was terrible. It seems like the quality of the food has declined. I had to go to another restaurant, Quincy's, to get a decent meal. I won't be returning to this place. It used to be a nice restaurant. Overall rating: Service 3, Food 2, Atmosphere 1. Dining in for dinner costs £20–30 per person.
