Great noodle bowls, lamb skewers and side dish appetizers. Not too spicy, and the signature bowl had a very clean, not too overwhelming in flavor kind of taste. The atmosphere was clean. We did wait a bit to order and needed to flag down the staff but the food came out quick after ordering. View all feedback.
What YSD SD doesn't like about Dun Huang:
We went in right after they open for lunch about 11 am. I ordered a beef noodle soup. Noodles was ok but they were glued all together, like a tennis ball dipped in a salty and dirty water. Beef was dry and hard for most of them except for few pieces that has some tendon. Restrooms are surprisingly clean, don 't know of it is because I am the first to visit it today. The caption rindernudel was just ok, but the fried reislamm was too much fat. I'm a lamb lover, but I didn't feel the taste of lamb at all. the cravings were like the huh.
Both the lamb dishes we had were excellent?, tasteful and tender, other small dishes were also very good. would definitely come back.
Really great noodles, authentic but not very salty, but the spits were a bit dry and less delicate, overall I recommend this restaurant
Fried fish signature lanzhou bark noodles shaozhi noodles pork short ripe nudel types: wide nudel was not super soft and was unwieldy to eat regular nudel exactly what they expect
Their noodles are always fresh! You can literally see the chef making noodles through the window.
