Contribute FeedbackWe came to celebrate the 50th anniversary of my beautiful parents. We were welcomed in a splendid setting with views of the Pyrenees. To mouth: velvety of leeks and toasts with duck chicks. Very good start! My daughter took the children's menu at 12€: grated carrots, beef/frites and two chocolate ice cream balls. She's been regaling and it's quite a cop. My son took the menu at 28€ with the basquaise piperade/crumble chorizo, confided egg yolk, braised beef medallion/trusted apples and to finish chocolate lukewarm foam. Tasty and hearty meals. The 6 adults took the menu at 38€. Entries Crusher of gambas/ marinated vegetables/sorbet piquillos. My wife enjoyed it a lot. Cooking eggs/swine feet, ceps/ garlic emulsion. Perfect cooking and explosion of flavors. Merlu dish of St Pée/bihia of small vegetables/gull duo and crustacean veil. Excellent dish with incredible fish cooking. Iberian pork plaster cooked with wood fire/mousseline of sweet potatoes/pleurotes and limestone apples. A perfectly balanced mix with many flavours. The mushrooms were excellent. Desserts Soufflé à la poire Brana. Dessert strong in taste and very light accompanied by its madeleine. Biscuit imbibé/frises/sorbet strawberries/creamous lemon and ganache mounted mascarpone. A little sweet dessert for a lot of freshness. Finger caramelia/pralin crispy hazelnut/ganache guanaja and apricot sorbet. A beautiful balance of flavor between praline and fruit. Ewe cheese and cherry jam. An excellent meal without any flat!
