Smithfield 's Chicken 'n -b-q

I came past Smithfield today as it's one of my favorite restaurants. I've been here for years and the staff has always taken care of me. The restaurant was always maintained and clean. And the food always comes hot and good. I don't know if Smithfields is closed or what, but there's no one in the store. The staff there has become like family, they even know my name and what I want to eat. I hope the employees are their means a good place and where they go, I will follow.

Through the ride thru flew a meal. Were the wrong food given when I came home. Until far to get back, I called. A guy on the phone was rude and told me I could get only 10% of a new meal. It seems unfair when they messed up the order. Bad customer service when it comes to the ride thru, and Pommes were cold!!

Pretty good. The food was also quite delicious, but the service was lacking until kindness. Overall, a pretty good place was for the first time.

This is Smithfield's best location. The food is always hot and fresh and the customer service is great! This store has recently treated us a catering event and they were amazing.

This was a drive thru experience and I'm giving it a 5 star rating because the service was fast, the food was hot and delicious and my Pastor (Mt. Sinai Holy Church treated me. Thank you, Pastor Cynthia Gray... YOU'RE THE BEST! God bless you! :
