What User doesn't like about Sonny's Bbq:
Before that, one of our orders was to take baby ribs out, terrible. It did not even look like ribs, but grease with literally no bone or meat. I called and spoke to the manager and he apologized and replaced the meal. I thought we'd give them a second chance and ordered them to take ribs out tonight. I'm always in the mood for bbq, so I decided to give sonnys a try. I was pleasantly surprised, I prefer it definitiw over bonos and Woody’s. on this trip I tried the Cuban sandwich. It was pretty good. for my side, I've been drilling the baked I liked. my wife tried the chopped brisket and drill and fries. the braut was good, not the best braut we ever had, but good. service was fast and friendly and everything was clean. we will definitely visit again.
Our server James from Jersey was amazing! He was very nice and friendly. He brought our food in a timely manner. We think he is a great asset to Sonny’s. Thanks James you’re the greatest! And that ginger ale was on point!!!
My recent dining experience at Sonny's BBQ was truly exceptional, thanks in large part to the amazing female server who took care of our table. From the moment we walked in, her warm and welcoming smile set the tone for the entire meal. She expertly guided us through the menu, offering insightful recommendations and answering all of our questions with a genuine enthusiasm that made us feel valued as customers. Throughout the meal, her attentive and friendly service never wavered. She made sure our drinks were always topped up and ensured that our food preferences were catered to perfectly. Her knowledge of the menu and her ability to describe each dish in vivid detail added an extra layer of excitement to our dining experience. FYI I think the servers name was Harley, hope she is getting paid what she’s worth :
James was hands down the BEST server I’ve encountered in quite some time. He truly went above and beyond for service. Cannot say enough great things about him. Looking forward to coming back to see him (food was fantastic, don’t get me wrong, but James truly made the experience). YOURE THE BEST, James. The world needs more people like you!
We have been coming to Sonny’s BBQ for years. Today we had one of the best servers. James recommended great food, and was incredibly thoughtful. He thought to make our family dining experience more enjoyable by giving my daughter “Princess making Sprite.” (Not the actual Sprite, but the kind that turns you into a princess. That kind of thoughtfulness deserves to be highlighted. Sonny’s needs to give this person a RAISE. We love the food and this service put our meal over the top!
