I recently tried the Restaurant Week dinner menu at this restaurant and had an amazing meal. The portions were generous, and I even had some leftovers to bring home. The service was both friendly and professional, and the cocktails were delicious. I will definitely be returning in the future! View all feedback.
What Lucy Stiedemann doesn't like about Rocker Oysterfellers:
There were 6 of us at dinner. All of us agreed that the mignonette served with the raw oysters was unpleasant. The blackened shrimp entree and the fried chicken were both rated well. The chicken wings were drowning in salt and vinegar. Two of us had salads that were overdressed with vinaigrette. The person who had the risotto dumplings found the dish to be monotonous. Our server was fantastic, we all ordered burgers (some even tried the meatless Impossible Burger!) We had a wonderful time and will definitely return.
We absolutely adored this restaurant. The local oysters, fantastic crabs, and superb old fashioned cocktails from the bar were all exceptional.
Everything we tried was delicious! We had a salad, fried chicken, beignets, and a s'mores dessert. My friend ordered the grilled steak and clam chowder, both of which were also delicious. The restaurant is small, so it can get a bit noisy at times, but it's not overwhelming and to be expected in a cozy space. We will definitely be coming back!
Had the restaurant week dinner menu. had an excellent meal, good portions with something left to bring home and enjoy the next day. friendly professional service, great cocktails. in any case will be back!
Fun atmosphere! Tasty cocktails! Very good crab/artichoke cakes. Some of the best prepared salmon I’ve ever had. Clams were fantastic with possibly the best broth we’ve ever had. Well worth the stop in this beautiful rural location!
